I ordered a grilled Chicken Caesar pizza pie my favorite, but today the Caesar literally tasted like mayonnaise. Totally disappointed for a $40 pizza pie. I called and complained about the Caesar taste and the lady behind the register asked the cooks about it. They replied, β€œThe supplier ran out of their usual Caesar dressing and sent a different one. She replied , β€œYou can bring it back for a $40 refund.” Why would a restaurant accept a returned pizza pie ? Once, it leaves the restaurant that should be it. Unacceptable response. I won’t be returning. #Alyssa #NotCustomerFocused #$$$$

Poor customer service. I went here to get a couple of slices of pizza for me and my son last night both cashier and pizza maker didn't want to serve me for some strange reason. I got a screwed face and rolling of eyes instead of a welcoming greeting and a smile. I had to say hello in order to break up the conversation they was having amongst themselves to get any service and when I ask for a fresh slice of pizza out the oven he sighed, sucked his teeth and threw his hands in the air. I didn't understand why the tantrum on his part or the miss treatment from both, maybe they were tired from a long day.

Just went in to get two slices , gave me dirty looks and my boyfriend as well. Mind you I’m an ex employee and still I purchase food from them. The didn’t even warm up my pizza fully , it was in the oven for ab 2 minutes and its ice cold to the touch. If looks could kill id be dead the way the three employees at the front counter looked at us . Very poor customer service skills . Please do better !

The pizza here is okay and I’ve got a soft spot for their chicken parm heros. It's definitely a local staple in Baldwin. That said, I do have some mixed feelings about their pricing. While the food is solid, I can’t help but feel like the prices aren’t totally justified. For instance, they charge $1 extra for marinara sauce, and another $1 for a small cup of parmesan cheese to go. Why pay for something I could easily grab off the table for free when I'm dining in? It feels a bit nickel-and-dime-y. The fries are good, but again, I’m left questioning if the $6 price for the portion size is really worth it. Overall, A Little Touch of Italy has good food and it’s a convenient spot, but the pricing strategy doesn’t sit quite right with me. It’s definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to for the food, but it would be nice if they rethought a few of their charges.

This place is nothing but a gem and you wouldn't guess it by the look of its facade. I have nothing but kind words toward this place whose service was excellent and food absolutely delicious. The roasted garlic pasta is a must try as well as their delicious pizzas. Next time I will ask them to do the sausage one without peppers, onions and mushroom, as I found it better this way but honestly, it's delicious regardless, it's only a matter of taste. Also the fish on a bed of spinach was great, and this is coming from a girl who hates eating fish outside (besides sushi) if it's not Caribbean or African like seasoned. Can't wait to come back and discover more.
